Relationship.  Integrity. Servant leadership.  These are the things that a classical Christian school board should model and imbibe.  The calling of the board is to be behind the scenes enabling the men and women on the front lines to better do the job of covenant discipleship. Yet discipleship is not just a vital part of the day-to-day workings of the school, it is to be an essential hallmark amongst the board itself, creating continuity by transferring the values and vision of the school to incoming board members while nurturing the board’s relationship with administration.
